Kids’ Theatre Programmes for Schools

Kids’ Theatre Programmes are tailored to suit the needs of primary and secondary schools, whether as school outings and activities, in-school enrichment to support arts and culture, or as extramural programmes.

Festival-ready Programmes

Schools can use us to help prepare their learners for various festivals and inhouse programmes.  In 2021, we took Grade 6 and 7 learners from Westlake Primary onto the Artscape Stage for the Annual Shakespeare Schools Festival in a unique  and modern version of Julius Caesar.

Sponsored Programmes (extramural)

The Fondiazione Labia supports children from less advantaged communities in programmes for visual and performance art.

In 2019, school children from Westlake Primary School enjoyed a series of fun-filled acting classes with us.  The programme included basic acting and performance-ready training, ending in a showcase for teachers and parents.

Programmes for Schools

Our tailor-made programmes for Primary and Secondary Schools are adapted to enrich a school’s arts and culture programme either with on-site sessions or as part of theme-based outings.

We can assist educators and drama teachers with preparation for WCED arts festivals,  theatre festivals and in-house school festivals.  Fees are flexible and based on the numbers of learners and the duration of the programmes.
